Safety is a basic need
Safety is a basic need of machine operator. Studies show that operator, who are continually subjected to stressful situations is more susceptible to psychosomatic illnesses. Even though it is possible to adapt to extreme situations over the long term, they will place a great stain on the individual.
The following objective can be derived from this situation:
1.Machine operator, maintenance personnel and others shall be able to rely on the safety of a machine.
It is often said that more "safety" reduces productivity-if done correctly, the opposite can actually be the case. Higher levels of safety result in increased motivation and satisfaction, and as a result higher productivity.
2.Paper cup machine safety
Paper cup machines having cutters and heating elements, so during installation / training, we give special attention on safety of operator & machine, for that we integrated few more sensors on paper cup machine which has stop the machine automatically, while any mal function during the production.
3.Safety is a management task
